Saturday 23rd Walk and Farm Tour - Rectory Farm, Great Easton.(The Best Kept Footpath Award Winner)This farm offers free guided walks on their land explaining their farming philosophy including crop management, environmental impacts, conservation and sheep rearing. This gives us the opportunity to walk around areas not normally open to Ramblers. To be able to book this we need a minimum of 12 attendees. The plan would be to walk about 4 miles prior to the Farm visit then take the Farm Tour. After the tour the walk concludes with a well earned cup of tea and scone in the farmyard. No charge for the tour or refreshments but we need firm commitments from people to secure this event. Please let Hazel (440996)
